Ever since I can remember, I’ve been fascinated by the way we humans relate to each other.

Being raised in a mixed-race family invited rich complexity as well as confusion from the start. Growing up in the US and overseas, I experienced rejection, racism, and judgment as well as acceptance, care, and love. All this only further deepened my curiosity in culture and my empathy for my humanity.

Even after 20 years of professional experience from tech to recruiting my curiosity continues. We can spend more time with our work family than our blood family. So, I doubled down even further to understand what makes us thrive in our work culture with this question in mind: what impacts not only our success but our sense of fulfillment and joy?

I have learned that people who seek to understand themselves and operate in alignment with who they are, grow and lead happier lives.

Within my industry of talent development and employment, recruiting is more focused on putting you in a job description than building a job description around you.

Hardly what it takes to cultivate the creativity needed to solve our most challenging problems.

As founder and CEO of HireVibe, we leads pioneering coaching and recruiting programs that unleash genius for teams and individuals on mission; creating a new standard at work where heart meets mind and mission meets mastery.
